The Museum of Cretan Ethnology in Voori, Pyrgotissa province, consists of an exhibition complex and an important Research and Conference Center. The exhibition is hosted in a traditional two-story building donated to the Messara Cultural Association by the Stefanidis brothers in 1973.
The exhibition consists of 3000 exhibits that highlight the ethnological evolution of the people of Crete through 7 main areas: nutrition, architecture, textiles, arts – trade, transport, customs and social organization.
